Each year, NIRS hosts a flagship policy conference in Washington, D.C., drawing a diverse audience of researchers, public officials, plan administrators, labor leaders, and other stakeholders. The conference is exclusive to NIRS members and special invited guests, featuring key research presentations, expert panels, and in-depth discussions on the most pressing topics shaping the retirement landscape.

Visionary Circle Meeting

The Visionary Circle Meeting is an exclusive annual gathering for NIRS Visionary Circle members. This event offers a unique to engage with retirement thought leaders and provide input on the NIRS research agenda.
