When pension funds upgrade their pension administration systems, the vendor providing the upgrade will show the fund operations team how to use a new system but will not give them the context – “when” to use certain functions, “why” those functions are necessary – that helps them use the system effectively. Process training helps end users to bridge that gap and make a successful transition to a new system.
